The best thing you can do for the health of your baby once they start eating is give them as much food that has been prepared from scratch as you possibly can. It has been found that pre-packaged food is lacking in nutrients when compared to food made from fresh ingredients [1].

    Ie, how to cut and prepare plain squash, sweet potato, avocado etc when you are at the very beginning of BLW
